Emotional eating to avoid a life change is about taking your current situation and eating what you’re already eating. That means eating whatever you’re emotionally eating, but instead of making it all about the food itself, you will be focusing more on what it means for you. You might want to stop eating food at this point and see if you can see your life change as a result of not being emotionally eating. It’s not really a difficult change to make at all. You just need to have the right tools to help you.
